How does SDWAN AI work?

SDWAN AI provides enterprise remote-access client software and a control-plane API. Create an organization, choose a seat plan, install the client on Windows or Android, and sign in. The client connects to enterprise access gateways over encrypted tunnels so authorized users can reach corporate intranet apps under organization policy. Policies and devices are managed centrally.

How is billing handled?

We offer Trial, Team (monthly/annual seats), and Business (custom) plans. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically; you can cancel renewal before the next billing cycle in the customer portal. See Pricing and Refund Policy for details.

Is this a personal VPN or anonymity proxy?

No. The service is for authorized remote work and corporate intranet access for business organizations, billed by organization seats. We do not provide consumer anonymity or unauthorized public internet proxy services.

Can I deploy on-premises?

Standard SaaS plans use our cloud control plane and access gateways. Business customers can contact us for dedicated deployment, hybrid architecture, or compliance-specific arrangements.

Do you support multi-region?

Yes. SDWAN AI supports multiple service regions so distributed teams and branches can connect via nearby access gateways for lower-latency corporate access.

Does SDWAN AI support Linux?

Windows and Android clients are generally available. Linux and macOS clients are in development — check the Download page for updates.

What enterprise use cases does it support?

HQ ERP/OA remote access, overseas warehouse WMS, multi-branch connectivity, contractor temporary access, and cross-border remote work with centralized seats and device management.

How does it handle meetings and voice on weak networks?

Cross-border links often see occasional packet loss and jitter. SDWAN AI’s proprietary transport optimization can recover lost data on weak paths and reduce delay stack-up from repeated retransmission, helping video and voice stay more continuous with fewer freezes. The service is for authorized enterprise remote access — not a consumer internet product.
