Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about SDWAN AI enterprise SD-WAN services.
How does SDWANAI work?
SDWAN AI provides enterprise SD-WAN client software and a control-plane API. After registering and choosing a plan, install the client on Windows or Android and sign in. The client connects to enterprise access gateways over encrypted tunnels for branch connectivity, remote work access, and policy-based routing. Network policies are managed centrally.
How is billing handled?
We offer Starter (trial), Professional (monthly/annual), and Enterprise (custom) plans. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel renewal before the next billing cycle in the customer portal. See our Pricing and Refund Policy pages for details.
Can I deploy on-premises?
Standard SaaS plans use our cloud control plane and access gateways. Enterprise customers can contact us for dedicated deployment, hybrid architecture, or compliance-specific arrangements.
Do you support multi-region?
Yes. SDWAN AI supports multiple service regions, helping distributed teams and branch offices connect to optimal access gateways for low-latency enterprise networking.
Does SDWANAI support Linux?
Windows and Android clients are generally available. Linux and macOS clients are in development — check the Download page for Coming Soon updates.
What enterprise use cases does it support?
Multi-branch office connectivity, secure remote access to corporate networks, hybrid cloud and SaaS optimization, cross-region business system interconnection, and centralized WAN policy management.
