Privacy Policy
SDWANAI LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates SDWAN AI, a secure remote access service for overseas enterprises and distributed teams. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our websites, customer portal, and client software.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, password hash, and verification records.
- Subscription and billing: plan details, order identifiers, and payment status. Card and bank details are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Device information: device identifiers, platform, and last-seen timestamps used for device management and authentication.
- Service and operations logs: for security auditing, capacity planning, and troubleshooting, we may record connection timestamps, session duration, connection status, selected region/gateway metadata, and latency and packet loss—relevant network performance indicators.
We do not inspect, record, or store the contents of network traffic transmitted through your VPN tunnel, your browsing activities, or communication content. The VPN feature is used only to establish an encrypted secure connection between your device and your organization’s internal network resources. - Client version information: used for updates and compatibility statistics.

You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Disabling storage may prevent the customer portal from functioning correctly.
9. International Data Transfers
Our server infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and data is mainly stored in data centers
in Singapore and Japan. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures (including access controls,
encryption in transit, etc.) to ensure that cross-border data transfers comply with applicable legal
requirements.
If in the future we adjust the data storage regions for business needs, we will update this policy and notify
users in a reasonable manner.
