Welcome to SDWAN AI, operated by SDWANAI LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Description
SDWAN AI provides enterprise SD-WAN networking capabilities, including client software, a control-plane API, and subscription-based access gateways and service regions for use cases such as branch interconnection and remote access to corporate networks. Features and availability are as described on our website and customer portal.
The service is intended for enterprise networking, branch connectivity, and secure remote access to corporate resources. It is business network management software for organizations.
2. Subscriptions
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- Plan limits, device quotas, and validity periods follow the order confirmed at purchase and shown in the portal.
- Trial, monthly, yearly, and other plans are governed by the pricing page and portal terms at purchase time.
- When a subscription expires without renewal, service access is adjusted or terminated according to plan rules.
- We may adjust future pricing reasonably; confirmed orders already in effect are not affected.
3. Payment
- Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Paid plans take effect immediately after successful payment. Billing cycles follow your order and portal display.
- Auto-renewal: Unless you cancel before the next billing cycle in the customer portal, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price.
- Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to:
- violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others;
- distribute malware, conduct attacks, or abuse network capacity;
- share accounts, resell the service, or bypass device/session limits;
- reverse engineer, crack, or interfere with the security of the service or clients.
We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Software and Updates
Client software is provided “as is”. You may download installers from our website or CDN. Automatic updates may require network access. We will reasonably assist with compatibility issues but do not guarantee operation in every environment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SDWANAI LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from use or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except where required by law, we are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by network conditions, third-party failures, force majeure, or your own device configuration.
7. Intellectual Property
Software, documentation, trademarks, and interface designs related to the service belong to SDWANAI LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.
8. Refunds
- Paid plans take effect immediately after successful payment. Subscription length follows the order and portal display.
- Except where required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing, fees for activated subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
- If a material outage on our side makes the service unavailable for a substantial portion of a paid term, you may contact support to discuss a credit or refund.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms and post them on this page. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
